Party In My Pants Pads purchased at partypantspads.com can be refunded or exchanged for other products for up to 90 days from purchase date. Please let us know about any questions, concerns or defective merchandise as soon as you can. Please note: We do not accept returns on products purchased from a reseller. Visit or contact the store where the purchase was made to complete such a return.

To return products for refund or exchange, kindly contact us by email or phone to begin the return process. You will be issued a return code to include in with your return package. Any return not containing an authorized return code will not be processed. 

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and we cannot refund for mailing costs associated with returns and exchanges unless it is as a result of our error.
