Small Pad

NEW STYLE! Small Pads are now even more petite! Tested by many women, this new design has gotten rave reviews. Measuring in at 8 inches long, and 1.75" wide (when snapped), Small Pads are short and sweet. They're great for women who have a light menstrual flow. Some women choose Small even if they have a little heavier flow because they love the mini size. This just means they have a couple more pads in their stash and change them more often.

Medium Pad

NEW STYLE! Now shorter and more streamline! If you’re new to Party In My Pants, it’s hard to go wrong with this pad. Medium Pads are pretty versatile and most women like to have at least one in their collections. Medium works great for women who have a moderate menstrual flow. If you have a light flow, Mediums also make a good nighttime pad.

Large Pad

Large pads work great for women with a moderate to heavy menstrual flow. Large is one of our wide pads, with generous surface area. This makes them more absorbent without adding extra thickness. If you want a slightly longer pad, check out our Overnight.

This big momma is thin yet super absorbent. Overnight is recommended for heavy night time bleeding and for women with an ultra heavy menstrual flow. This is our longest pad making it perfect for night time when your aim is less exact. Overnight may also be used for postpartum bleeding.
